Great learning experience at LTT Training Lab! Teacher Zafar is very knowledgeable, patient, and supportive. As a shy person, I always felt comfortable and encouraged in class. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and my classmates made teamwork enjoyable 😊🩷

A suggestion for improvement would be to provide more equipment for practice and exams to reduce waiting time, regularly check product storage and expiry dates, and repair or replace broken equipment 🧫🧪

Overall, I highly recommend LTT Training Lab 🧬🔬

Whilst attending LTT, I completed my Certificate 4 in Laboratory Techniques with Dr Zafar Rasheed. I learnt various techniques that are not only applicable to my work practices, but also to my every day life. I utilize formulas and practices in various different settings, and could not be more than pleased with the skills i have adapted from this course. The staff at LTT were always ready to help, especially Heather who was a great support system for catering and assisting my needs as someone who suffers with anxiety and ASD. I was also particularly happy with the support from the team members who provided resources for applications post course completion. I felt well equipped and guided into entering the laboratory workforce. The only thing i would like to see improved with LTT is the accessibility for people with physical disabilities.

Regarding my teacher Zafar, I am more than pleased with his care and passion for his studies. I am personally satisfied with the passion he displays for the education provided to us, and for his extra care he put into his students. He always comes into class with a smile and an eagerness to teacher his students. Zafar has done really well with working with me and my needs, and has always shown compassion. His care comes after class as well, he will happily stay behind to go through concepts and questions if you should need them. He also actively encourages his students to attempt practical assignments, to ensure we are well prepared for our assessments. I am disappointed that this will be my last experience working with Zafar, as he has encouraged my love for microbiology and general chemistry. He is excellent with communication, and has a great sense of empathy. All the best to those who wish to study under his care

Currently studying Cert IV in Laboratory Techniques at LTT Brisbane. Our trainer, Zafar, is knowledgeable and passionate about teaching. He always encourages us to ask questions and explains concepts professionally and patiently. I really enjoy the hands-on practical training, which aligns well with modern laboratory requirements. I highly recommend this course to anyone who wants to work in the laboratory field.

A very special thank you to my trainer Elena she is an exceptional trainer kind, patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive. She explains everything clearly, encourages every student, and takes the time to make sure everyone understands and feels confident her positive attitude and dedication made learning enjoyable and helped me build my confidence the best teacher i have ever seen in my educational career.

I would also like to thank Sejal for her kindness, professionalism, and support throughout the course. She was always approachable, helpful, and willing to assist whenever needed.

I am currently studying the Certificate III in Pathology Collection at LTT Institute, and I have had a great experience so far. The trainers are knowledgeable, supportive, and explain everything clearly. I really enjoy the practical classes because they help build my confidence in blood collection and specimen handling. The staff are friendly and always willing to help when needed. I would recommend LTT to anyone who wants to start a career in pathology collection.

I’ve just completed my cert 3 in pathology collection. Our trainer and the staff at LTT are amazing and support you along the way. The course was very comprehensive and the practical side gives you the knowledge and confidence to go into the workplace. I would highly recommend LTT. Being a nationally recognised course was also a reason why I did the course. My fellow students were great and we supported each other through our time together.
