Student Support
How We Can Help
At LTT, we want every student to feel supported throughout their training. If you need help with your course, career direction, learning challenges, work placement, or personal wellbeing, please speak with your Trainer Assessor as early as possible so we can help you find the right support.
Your Pathway to Success
We can assist with:
Course and training questions.
Career pathways and future study options.
Work placement and workplace training support.
Learning support and progress concerns.
Technology or computer-related issues.
Referrals to external services where additional help is needed.
If you are finding any part of your course difficult, do not wait until the end of your training. Early support gives you the best chance of staying on track and achieving competency.
Learning Support & Adjustments
LTT assesses learning and support needs before training begins, and support continues throughout your course if required. This may include mentoring from your Trainer Assessor, tutorials, workshops, online support, practical guidance, and work placement assistance.
If you have a diagnosed disability, LTT may also be able to consider reasonable adjustments.
These may include:
Flexible delivery or assessment timing.
Alternative assessment formats.
Assistive technology or specialised software.
Accessible learning materials.
A support person, interpreter, or note-taker.
Adjustments to the learning environment.
All adjustments must remain fair, reasonable, and consistent with the requirements of the course.
