How to Enrol
Things to Prepare
Make sure you have these ready before opening your application – it will save you time:
2 forms of ID (photos of front & back in full colour) – must collectively show your photo, address, date of birth, and citizenship/residency status (e.g. Medicare card)
Your USI – register at usi.gov.au if you don’t have one
Concession card (if applicable)
Previous qualifications or a verifiable USI transcript (if applying for credit transfer)
Employment details – start date, worksite address, supervisor contact (workplace-based students only)
Start your Enrolment
Find your course – visit the LTT courses page, find your course and click the Enrol Now button.
Choose a registration type – if unsure which fee applies to you, select any and the team will confirm before your enrolment is locked in
Fill in your personal details – name, DOB, gender, address, and emergency contact
Enter your USI and upload your ID documents
Complete the pre-training review – short written responses covering your reasons for studying, career goals, any support needs, and your study/work availability
Submit – the LTT team will review and confirm your enrolment
Tip: Hit “Save for Later” regularly so you don’t lose progress.
