All the time I was thinking what I’m going to do for a career. I was greatly assisted by academic advisors. One day one of my friends sent me information about the Certificate III in Pathology Collection course at LTT Sydney.

The course is very practical. Even though our training was affected by lockdown, we continued on through all the challenges. I secured a job with Clinical Labs before completing work placement! I’m so grateful I found a job so quick, it’s like magic and I still can’t believe it.

I highly recommend this course and I really appreciate my Trainers, Jennifer and Brendan. They were with us every step of the way!

I am of Indian origin and an Australian citizen. Before enrolling at LTT Sydney, I have worked in a cafe, the cheesecake shop and last I was working with Aldi as Trainee Manager. I have over 8 years of customer service experience.

I joined LTT to study the Certificate III in Pathology Collection. My education background is not science or nursing, I did study a Bachelor of Commerce in India. During my training I enjoyed the whole course. The trainers at LTT are very good. They help to explain when I have doubts. Before I even completed my training, I got a job offer and I started working for Laverty Pathology. At Laverty, I am collecting blood and other specimens. I process the specimens and get them ready for courier pickup. Working as a phlebotomist, I am always providing the best customer service I can to ensure I meet my patient’s needs and requirements. I also maintain documentation and complete daily tasks, keep my collection room keep clean, tidied and organised every day.
