This is an excellent training organisation, and I have gained so much throughout the learning journey.
Elena is an outstanding instructor-highly professional, knowledgeable, and experienced. Her teaching is clear, engaging, and easy to follow. Beyond her professionalism, she is also incredibly warm, caring, and supportive. She genuinely takes the time to listen to and help every student, making everyone feel comfortable, encouraged, and confident. Learning with her has been not only effective, but also truly inspiring. I’m sincerely grateful for her guidance and support.

I completed the HLT37215 Certificate III in Pathology Collection in March 2026 at Osborne Park through LTT Group Pty Ltd, and I can confidently say it was an excellent experience.
A standout of the course was our trainer, Justin Rogers. He is phenomenal—bringing extensive real-world experience into the classroom and sharing practical scenarios that truly prepare you for the job. He creates a comfortable learning environment, is approachable, and genuinely cares about helping you become a competent and confident phlebotomist.
The team at LTT Osborne Park were also fantastic. Everyone is friendly, supportive, and clearly invested in the success of their students. Communication throughout the course was clear, the facilities were great, and the class sizes were ideal for hands-on learning.
The practical training was a major highlight. The in-class venepuncture practice is very hands-on with excellent supervision, helping you build confidence and develop your technique. The online learning platform is well-structured and easy to follow, complementing the practical components perfectly. I also really appreciated that LTT includes certification in Drug and Alcohol collection, which not all courses offer.
The course prepared me extremely well for the workplace. It helped me find my rhythm with blood collection and boosted my confidence significantly. The one-week work placement was incredibly valuable and gave me real insight into the field—I was even contacted for an interview just a week after completing my placement.
The only minor downside is limited parking, but this is communicated clearly before starting the course, so it’s not unexpected.
I would highly recommend this course to anyone—whether you’re starting out or changing careers. As a career changer myself, I feel excited and confident about my future in this field. It’s also encouraging to know that phlebotomy offers long-term career opportunities and flexibility.
Overall, a five-star experience!

Cannot recommend LTT enough!! From the second you walk in the front door, you are greeted with such warmth from everyone. Just completed my Cert III in Pathology Collection and the entire process was just incredible! Justin Rogers the lecturer is brilliant at what he does. The way he engaged with the class, gets everyone working together so well and his knowledge of the industry has made this experience phenomenal.
My highlight was the practical aspect of Venepuncture. The guidance is brilliant and they work so hard at building everyone’s confidence. The other highlight was the workplace that is organised for you-it is just brilliant.
Honestly everyone at LTT are so lovely and have a genuine warmth and are so welcoming and encouraging.
Definitely the best experience I have ever had studying.
There is limited parking, but if you get there early enough you will get a spot. It is also close walking distance from the train station too – which makes commuting in very easy!

I recently completed the Certificate IV in Laboratory Techniques at LTT Perth and had a very positive learning experience.
The trainers were knowledgeable, supportive, and explained laboratory concepts in a clear and practical way. The course covered important areas such as sample preparation, laboratory safety, chemical handling, and basic analytical techniques, which helped me build a strong foundation for a laboratory career.
I also appreciated the structured training approach and the focus on industry-relevant skills that are useful for working in NATA-accredited laboratories.

A big thank you as well to the admin team, Helen, Heather and Belinda, for their organisation and ongoing support throughout the course.
I highly recommend LTT Training to anyone looking to pursue a career in Pathology Collection and Laboratory Techniques
