The training was very hands-on, and we had the best trainer, RASMI, who delivered each unit with clarity and patience. It was a pleasure to be in her class, as she made every procedure easy to understand and even enjoyable. Each step was explained thoroughly, allowing us to confidently apply what we learned in practice.
