“I am currently working with SGS and have 10 years’ experience working in labs. I have two young kids, one who is selective mute. I have also completed my Certificate IV in Community Service and worked as a Youth Worker for two years. I have also managed and worked a takeaway shop for three years.
I studied the MSL30118 Certificate III in Laboratory Skills through my employer, SGS. I wanted to expand my knowledge for the job and be able to move up in the company.
My training was good and I learnt a lot of different things. My favourite part of the course was all the safety components. I have even asked SGS about putting me through the Certificate IV in Laboratory Techniques course. I would like to move into the reporting/safety department within SGS.”
