Completing the Certificate IV in Laboratory Techniques with LTT marked the beginning of my return to a technical career in Australia. My experience was very positive—the trainers were clear, supportive, and always available, and the course connected directly with the procedures and equipment I use every day in my role as a Laboratory Technician at Wagners Cement in a NATA-accredited laboratory. ”I am writing to commend Mr. Priyantha Hathurusingha Arachchige for the support and guidance he provided to me while I was completing my Certificate IV in Laboratory Techniques.

From the beginning, he was kind, patient, and always willing to help. He explained things in a way that was easy to understand and made learning feel much less stressful. He also made classes enjoyable, which helped me stay motivated and build my confidence.

In my last week at the workplace, he spent around four hours helping me complete my remaining units. Balancing studying and working isn’t easy, so that support meant a lot to me and made a real difference in helping me finish on time.

At one point, I was considering giving up on my studies. However, Mr. Priyantha encouraged me to keep going and pushed me in a positive way. Because of his support, I was able to stay on track, make better choices, and successfully complete my course.

I am truly grateful for everything he has done for me and would highly recommend him. He genuinely cares about his students and goes above and beyond to help them succeed. I would also like to thank LTT for providing the support and the opportunity to complete my course.”

Agnes Wong – Very Knowledgeable, works well around our busy schedule. Agnes works well with every student and adapts to the different ways employees retain information to make sure they have a clear understanding of units being completed.

Jeannie does our Cert 3 In Pathology in Regional South. She lets us know when she is coming and what time is best for our employees to meet with her. She keeps in contact with me regarding any issues with the training. Jeannie travels to all our centres and does the training there. She then calls into my office and i sign off on any training documents and Jeannie lets me know how the student is progressing.

We haven’t trained with LTT for years, but we used to have Nancy come out.  Is she still there?  Fantastic!  She’s awesome.  She came out here a couple of times a month and spent a lot time supporting my guys.  If Nancy’s still around we’d love to have her again.
